Lisa Simone, daughter of the famous Nina Simone, has managed to go her own artistic way. First as a musical actress, then as leadsinger of the American acid jazz band "Liquid Soul" or as one of the "Daughters of Soul" with colleagues like Lizz Wright, Angelique Kidjo and Dianne Reeves. With the Frankfurt Radio Big Band she will present her own songs and also pay tribute to her mother.
